I purchased the shaggy angora goat on the wood mount for a gift for my neice. Loved how the wood grain comes through on the print. Excellent purchase! Would definitely purchase again.

Of course, every submission was a winner if you could afford the huge price tag to enroll in their correspondence school. Well, my family couldn't afford it so my effort to be an artist was put on the shelf, but not my desire. In the 80's my husband and I had a...

I am a big fan of southwest images, Sharon...this watercolor is lovely! The detail in the architecture of the dwelling and the variety of foliage is particularly well done. Voted.

Sharon, Santa Fe Dwelling is a boldly hued, attractively composed water-color of the entry gate and florally decorated wall surrounding a New Mexican adobe hacienda with a glimpse of the residence inside. The earth-toned human structures are richlty contrasted with natures lush and vivid reds, blues, greens and whites of the landscaping blooms and vegetation. The second story of the home is set against a gorgeous backdrop of verdant tree canopies, violet mountains and misty-blue sky. You suggest texture and spatial depth by subtle variations in tone and shading. The ambience is soft, perhaps that of the warm southern morning light of late summer. Paradise!!! Kudos!!! V
